Matt Fay

Matt has extensive experience in the SaaS, Marketing and Adtech spaces and has played an integral role in a number of startups in the Cleveland market.

Being extremely driven and taking a different approach to sales is one of the many compelling attributes that he provides an organization.  Recruiting with empathy, while producing exemplary talent to all clients is what he’s passionate about.

After working for a local boutique search firm for 3+ years, Matt gained additional recruiting experience working with startups, Silicon Valley SaaS companies and Private Equity/Venture Capital firms.

Matt formed Relentless Search in 2020.
